Step into my world of creativity, tranquility and art. I'm Renee Louise, a Melbourne based artist inspired to create romantic paintings of beautiful moments, places and things. 

I am drawn to these themes not through naivety, but rather because these simple moments offer respite from the stresses of daily life. They provide a calming space and a gentle invitation to reflect, rejuvenate, and reconnect. 

My artistic philosophy is based on the belief that simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication. I paint predominately in oils, my paintings are unapologetically feminine, and my palette is simple and restrained. 

I see my art as a form of meditation, it allows me to slow down and appreciate the timeless beauty that surrounds us, and I want to share this with you.
